Responsibilities:
- Identify, prospect, and cultivate new business opportunities in the IT sector, including software development, CRM services, cybersecurity, and digital transformation solutions.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and revenue goals.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, decision-makers, and potential clients to understand their business needs and pain points.
- Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and industry trends analysis to identify market gaps and growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams such as sales, marketing, and product development to create compelling value propositions, sales collateral, and go-to-market strategies.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and negotiations to close deals and win new business.
- Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads, track sales activities, and provide regular sales forecasts and reports.
- Stay updated with industry developments, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape to drive innovation and business growth.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Business Development Executive or similar role in the IT industry, with a successful track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong knowledge of IT products, services, and solutions, including software development, cloud computing, cybersecurity, and digital technologies.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and persuasion skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence decision-makers.
- Strategic thinker with analytical and problem-solving abilities, able to identify market trends, customer needs, and business opportunities.
- Results-driven, self-motivated, and proactive approach to achieving sales goals and driving business growth.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Salary Package:
- 18k to 25k per month + incentives
